Not a bad place. You might have a little wait, I moved from the location from Cooper street. Yes, it started off difficult and yes had to pay more money out-of-pocket. But other than that, my son does get taken care of, but its not the doctors fault of certain things, they do move pretty fast on a saturday, tho, but if it comes to me getting my braces done, I will choose a different location.

During my recent visit to this dental office, I experienced a profoundly unsatisfactory two-visit day. Upon my first arrival, I was met with a lack of friendliness and courtesy. The staff did not greet me or provide me with any introduction; instead, they simply handed me my paperwork. One of the staff members, a young woman (x-ray), was exceptionally kind and attentive. However, when the doctor arrived, he greeted himself and informed me of the procedures to be performed. I had numerous questions, but he became offended. When the hygienist entered the room to treat me, she refrained from speaking or explaining her procedures. I was scheduled for an appointment early the next day, sat for 30 mins before I was called. I began asking questions and explaining how I was treated. The office manager immediately became offended and started to blame me and accuse me of being rude and disrespectful. It is concerning that individuals feel entitled to dismiss questions at a business and believe they are not obligated to provide explanations. As a patient, I am entitled to inquire about the procedures being performed on me. I was abruptly dismissed and called rude. During our conversation, I e

Horrible system of making appointment. They kept cancelling appointment without telling us IF we don't pick up call for reminder/confirmation about appointment. This happened TWICE! That's the point of setting the appointment in first place. Not once has they called my mom about the appointment. That's a lie, and my mom called the office on the day of appointment yesterday and got the confirmation that appointment is definitely happening. Yet once we walk in, they told us they cancelled our appointment just because they couldn't reach us last tuesday and they even said there are no dentists in the office and will have to re-schedule appointment. My mom didn't get any call! This office does not respect patient's time or put patients first, how come they think it's good idea to cancel our appointment without our consent just because we don't pick up the call. AND after we left, we saw dentist walked in. I did not appreciate the way they fail to respect my time after I spent my time coming all the way to the office and work my schedule around this appointment. Cancelling the patient's appointment should be patient's decision. Patients should come first. After we left without any treat

I had a really good experience at Brident Dental & Orthodontics. Assistant Mari was very conversational and friendly, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable instead of awkward or stressful. She helped create a relaxed atmosphere and made it easy to ask questions. Dr. Dishaw was also very attentive throughout the visit. She made sure everything during the appointment ran smoothly, checked that Mari had everything she needed, and paid close attention to the patient. I also appreciated that she made sure I knew how to contact the office if I had any questions or emergencies later. The whole team felt supportive, professional, and very welcoming.

My wife and I have had such a great experience with this orthodontic office. The orthodontist team is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. You can really tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about getting the best results for their patients. Every visit has been professional, efficient, and surprisingly comfortable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lily, the office manager. She is absolutely fantastic. Lily keeps everything running smoothly and always goes above and beyond to help with scheduling, questions, and making patients feel welcome. Her professionalism and positive attitude really set the tone for the entire office. The whole team creates a friendly, organized, and high-quality environment that makes you feel confident you’re in the best hands. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-tier orthodontic care.
